Thank you SIRCA-1 for giving me the opportunity to integrate my academic research interests with the developmental needs of some deprived sections in the society. With SIRCA’s support I could reach out to the Indian and Bangladeshi migrant workers in Singapore and make an investigation into their mobile usage patterns. As SIRCA expands its horizon to the other parts of the world, I am sure graduate students with research interests in mobile technologies and development would receive institutional and intellectual support from SIRCA. Looking forward to witnessing a global expansion of SIRCA…
